Born and raised in Sunnyside, WA, Thad grew up working on the family farm. After graduating high school he attended Central Washington University where he received his bachelor of science degree. Thad has over 20 year of agricultural business experience. He is currently the business manager for Royal Organic Products where he oversees all aspects of our company.

Chuck was raised on a farm in the Columbia basin area. After high school he attended Washington State University where he received his business administration degree. Chuck worked in the sales industry for several years before starting a farm of his own. Chuck has 30 years of business management and farming skills. He is currently the operations manager for Royal Organic Products where he manages the composting facility.

Procurement /Customer Relations

Tyler was born and raised in Sunnyside, WA, where he grew up working on the family farm. He graduated high school and attended Western Washington University. He then began working for A.M. Todd Company as a mint buyer and part time farmer. Tyler has nearly 30 years of farming, customer relations, and procurement experience. Tyler is now responsible for procurement, and customer relations here at Royal Organic Products.

Darin was raised in western Kansas where he grew up working at his father’s custom fabrication business. He later moved to the Pasco area and started his own custom harvesting business. Darin has 20 years of farm business and sales experience. He is now a sales representative and is in charge of the new business development program here at Royal Organic Products.

Royal Organic Products was founded in 2006 with the goal of providing a solution to the growing organic waste problem. Thanks to our composting process, we are able to turn organic waste into a nutritional and useful organic soil supplements. Our products serve as an environmentally friendly alternative to synthetic fertilizers, soil fixers, and water retainers.

Our state of the art composting facility is located in central Washington in the heart of the fertile Columbia Basin, overlooking the beautiful Columbia River. The arid climate of central Washington allows us to precisely control the moisture levels during the composting process. Our central location is ideal for acquiring raw materials, as well as distributing our product to customers all over the northwest. Royal Organic Products has doubled in size in the last year, and continues to grow significantly. We take pride in our ability to provide good paying jobs with benefits to local workers.
